I have been meaning to post a rant about the pricing of ebooks, but never found the time. I found this article today, and she makes the argument way better than I could. I agree with her 100% in every way.
Its absolutely ridiculous to see an ebook with the same price as a hardcover. I won't repeat the reasons why, just check out the post linked above.
In a semi-related note, Orbit is doing something interesting, offering an ebook a month for 1 dollar. This month's book is The Way of Shadows by Brent Weeks. Thanks to John at Grasping for the Wind for the heads up. The Orbit ebook site is here.
At some point..I will post a review of the Stanza book reader for the iPhone/Touch..I really, really like it. I like it enough to sell my Sony PRS505..I need to get around to putting it on ebay or Craig's List..unless one of you would be interested in it (bought it for 299 in March..will probably sell for 150 plus shipping).

I got very excited when I saw 'The Way of Shadows'(it's on my ToBuy list) for $1 until I discovered this for US customers only.
Proud owner of a PRS505 for 2 weeks but unfortunately it's cheaper for me to order second hand hardcopy books than ebooks.
